Pauleanna Reid is a senior contributor at ForbesWomen and founder of The WritersBlok, a full-service celebrity ghostwriting agency. A purpose-driven entrepreneur with a storied career, when she doesn’t have a pen in her hand you can find Pauleanna mentoring millennial women and delivering university guest lectures on entrepreneurship; fulfilling a passion to light up dull classroom curriculums with real-world experience. She is also a mental health advocate and public speaker widely known for using clever wit and candor to help young adults see beyond the limits of their circumstances. Pauleanna founded New Girl on the Block, a mentorship program, in 2015 and to-date has helped more than 200 women successfully launch full-time businesses and or profitable side-hustles. She recently graduated from the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management and when she is not working, Pauleanna is an active member of a chess club, and loves to volunteer.
Jennifer Dixon is a personal trainer and fitness instructor who has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. In 2008, Jennifer founded and was the sole operator of You Grow Girl! Fitness, LLC which she established to meet the “growing” demands of parents and parents-to-be, serving "Healthy Babes. Any Age. Any Stage." ™️. In addition to Jen's health & fitness background, she has 25+ years of experience in working for or serving a variety of non-profit organizations. In the field of non-profit and youth development, Jennifer is a leader and experienced board member skilled in strategy, strategic partnerships, and inter-agency collaboration, with the goal of serving youth and young adults, ages 8-21.

While primarily a consultant, Sonya Denyse also works within corporations and social enterprises. From concept to execution to measurement, she offers top-of-class solutions to resolve organizational and individual challenges. Leslie is an independent consultant and partners with mission-minded individuals, teams, and organizations in service of improving livelihoods in the US and around the world. Over the past 15 years, she has worked and/or consulted for non-profits, universities, UN agencies, and foundations including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In her free time, Leslie mentors college students interested in pursuing social impact careers.
